Brett Wiseman is a trial lawyer typically handling complex civil litigation. Mr. Wiseman also oversees the employment and construction matters within the firm.
Mr. Wiseman completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, where he earned his Bachelor of Art in Philosophy. Subsequently, Mr. Wiseman attended the University of San Diego, where his involvement in the legal clinic programs was recognized with an Advocacy Commendation by the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Wiseman is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; California Supreme Court; the United States District Court for the Central, Northern, Southern, and Eastern districts of California; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
