After his undergraduate studies at Santa Fe College and the University of Florida, Mr. Parvaneh attended Western State University and Newport University to earn his Juris Doctorate in 2001. Mr. Parvaneh is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, California Supreme Court, multiple United States District Courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Parvaneh is a board-certified civil trial specialist, a licensed California real estate broker (DRE No. 01715925), a certified mediator, a Paul Harris Fellow, and a member of various Bar Associations. Mr. Parvaneh was selected by “Super Lawyers” as a Top Rated General Litigation Attorney from 2020-2024. He has also been recognized by various other organizations as an accomplished attorney.

Ali Parvaneh has been practicing law since 2001. He has managed Madison Law since its inception. Mr. Parvaneh’s legal experience includes handling difficult and complex litigation and transactional matters. He has tried dozens of cases before juries, state and federal courts, as well as various arbitrators. Mr. Parvaneh primarily focuses on business law, real property law, and litigation of complicated cases.
Prior to practicing law, Mr. Parvaneh was the president of a multi-national company he founded and grew to $18.4 million in revenue. Mr. Parvaneh has also served as an officer, director, or board member for various companies and organizations internationally, including the Orange Senior Center, With You Foundation, and Ospak International, Inc. of India.
Mr. Parvaneh is fluent in Farsi.
