Ali Parvaneh manages Madison Law, and oversees the firm's paralegals, clerks, and staff members. Mr. Parvaneh is a board certified trial specialist, a licensed California real estate broker (DRE No. 01715925), a certified mediator, a Paul Harris Fellow, and a member of various BAR associations. He is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Parvaneh studied law at Western State University and Newport University. His undergraduate studies were in land surveying at the University of Florida.
Mr. Parvaneh believes in client relations. He tries to identify with a client's particular needs, using his many years of legal and business expertise to solve problems. His legal experience includes handling difficult and complex litigation and transactional matters. He has tried dozens of cases before juries, state and federal courts, and various arbitrators. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Parvaneh was the president of a multi-national company he started and grew to $18.4 million in revenue. He has served as an officer, director, or board member for various companies and organizations internationally, including the Orange Senior Center, Ospak International, Inc. of India, Irandokht.com, and Culinary Brands, Inc. Mr. Parvaneh is fluent in Farsi and benefits from close exposure to many cultures.
