Jeremy Basuga is an associate attorney with Madison Law, APC.
Mr. Basuga assists clients through all stages of litigation with a practical, detail-oriented approach to case strategy, communication, and resolution. Before joining Madison Law, he defended automotive manufacturers in breach of contract, fraud, and warranty matters.
Mr. Basuga earned his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, he served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and Vice President of Honors Moot Court.
He was awarded first place in the Orange County Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) scholarship competition and received Western State College of Law’s William D. Shapiro Advocacy Award for excellence in advocacy.
Mr. Basuga is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California.
