A Message from our Managing Director

At Madison Law, APC, the health and well being of our clients, staff, and community is our top priority. We also understand that our duty to our clients cannot be marginalized under any circumstances.  I would like to explain our concerns with coronavirus (COVID-19) and update you on how we will be handling our duties henceforth.

Our physical offices in Irvine, California, will remain temporarily closed for regular business. Our attorneys and staff members have been sent home. All attorneys, paralegals, and some staff members have been given the tools to work remotely.  Other employees, who cannot provide remote services, have been placed on paid sick leave.  Madison Law remains fully operational.  You will continue to observe the same level of dedicated service and professionalism you have come to expect from this firm. We have incorporated these precautionary safety measures to prevent further spreading of COVID-19.  These measures will remain in place until further notice. There is a governmental exception that applies to our facility, which allows us to receive mail and shipments. Thus, we will be able to handle all routine matters and will not suffer from any operational inefficiency.  You can reach Madison Law, or any member of the firm, through phone, email, text, etc.  You will continue to receive information, and will be able to monitor the progress of your matters, without any interruptions.

Although Madison Law is fully operational, many courthouses have shut down for regular business. Accordingly, some trials and hearings have been continued. The resulting delays either directly, or indirectly, affect most matters on calendar through June of 2020 – at a minimum. If you have any questions, or concerns, please feel free to contact us.  Naturally, we encourage email communication, and discourage face-to-face meetings, to the extent possible.

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been personally affected by this unprecedented pandemic throughout the world.  We greatly appreciate the healthcare workers, volunteers, and local community officials who are working tirelessly on the front line to contain this coronavirus. As we continue to closely track developments regarding COVID-19, our future decisions will be made with clients and legal staff as our top priority.

Thank you for being a friend of Madison Law, APC, and trusting us with your legal needs.

Sincerely,

/S/

Ali Parvaneh, Esq.
