Associate
Alexis Jugan has been an integral part of Madison Law, APC since 2021, initially joining as a law clerk and progressing to her current role as an associate attorney. Her professional focus encompasses business litigation, consumer litigation, and real estate law.
Ms. Jugan pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She furthered her education at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where she distinguished herself by assuming leadership roles such as President of the Hispanic American Law Student Association, President of the Black Law Student Association, and Associate Editor for the Diversity and Social Justice Forum. Upon graduating, Ms. Jugan received the Dean’s Award, presented by the Dean to the graduating student whose leadership and service to the law school and its students represented a significant contribution to the development of the Fowler School of Law.
Ms. Jugan is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California. She maintains active involvement in professional associations, including the Orange County Bar Association, California Lawyers Association, and the California Young Lawyers Association.
Dedicated to fostering diversity and supporting aspiring legal professionals, Ms. Jugan serves on the board of the Thurgood Marshall Bar Association Foundation. This Orange County-based nonprofit is dedicated to advancing diversity initiatives and offering scholarships to students within the local legal community. In addition to her professional commitments, Ms. Jugan is actively engaged in community service through her involvement in The Home of Record Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating veteran homelessness. Through her multifaceted contributions, Ms. Jugan exemplifies a commitment to both legal excellence and social responsibility.
